This recipe is REALLY easy and is so delicious and it's a kid pleaser. Mim says, My neighbors/housemates the Baskins make this all the time, and I am a devoted lover of this now. I make it with cauliflower, broccoli and green beans.
1 head of cauliflower, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1.) Spread out the cauliflower on a baking tray.
2.) Drizzle the cauliflower with a bit of each of the three oils – this can depend on your flavor preference. Mim says she goes for 2 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp sesame oil and 1/4-1/2 tsp chili oil. Stir the cauliflower so that it is well coated in oil, and add salt and pepper.
3.) Bake at 450 until crispy, browned and soft enough to stick a fork through it easily – about 15 minutes. Halfway through, take the pan out of the oven and stir it.
